At Bricks & Minifigs Eugene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessory purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our Eugene storefront with your order number and item details to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain securely attached.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring it directly to our local shop.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
